In 1989, the management of the company passed, along with the experience of its founder, into the hands of Grigorio’s and Anastasio’s Lagaria, who embraced and continued their father’s philosophy. In 2000, after three decades, after the company had built more than 100,000 sq.m. (hotels, maisonettes, villas, apartments, shops, industrial areas ) in the wider area of Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, LAGARIAS A.E. was created. which is active in the field of real estate, with leases of houses, commercial-industrial spaces, shops, plots, etc.

With a rising course , the healthy growing family business had as its sole objective the construction of houses and residential complexes with high standards, ensuring quality, aesthetics and functionality, always focusing on people and their modern housing needs.

This many years of experience in studies and constructions, combined with the staffing of a potential of excellent know-how, as well as the perception of unique buildings that can house the happiness and future of families, the Lagarias company turned to the tourism and catering sector, constructing three modern units.
