As the third generation Lagaria joined the company, the focus turned to tourism. So in 2015 he took the first steps in the picturesque village of Afitos, Halkidiki, constructing the Lagaria Hotel****, which after its expansion in 2020, consists of 35 luxurious rooms and state-of-the-art services. In the same settlement is also the Lagaria Apartments, which has 2 fully equipped apartments and 8 modern rooms, ideal for groups and families.

In 2016, its doors were opened Lagaria Hotel II***, which has 31 modern rooms after the addition completed in 2021. After the experience of building tourist units, the Lagarias company undertook to build the Crystal villas & suites in Polychrono of Halkidiki. Which includes 12 luxurious villas, each with its own pool, 3 suites and a restaurant in front of the sea.
